For instance, she believes that eating a whole egg for breakfast brings a lot of nutrients into your body and eating a salad with fish at lunch would not harm your body either. As we know she likes to write and she likes to drink her coffee in the morning. Jessica recently finished writing her first book “The Honest Life”, a how-to handbook based on her mission of creating a natural, healthy and non-toxic life for her family.
