The answer is: not much, if any…
Here is a passionate advocate for breastfeeding, who initiated some discussion about the value of handstands and about the yoga “ treatment “ that helped her deal with her persistent problems. Even though this picture was removed from her Facebook, the discussion is widely open and as a new mom she shared her personal view (and the nude image of her body) worldwide: “I am a passionate advocate for breastfeeding. I don’t believe it should be hidden away, in a separate room, in the public toilets or under a cloth (because I can’t wrangle a cloth while I’m trying to breastfeed – it gets too complicated – props to those who can manage it – I just can’t). Whether you choose to, can or can’t breast feed, it’s a natural, every day, sometimes mundane, sometimes beautiful part of life” (Lexi Kentmann). (more…)

It is not a secret that many people joined the yoga community to get rid of their physical, mental or emotional shortcomings and develop better stability and even better credibility within the yoga world. There is no harm in pursuing this path unless you want to prosper by destroying others.

A Few Tips on Daily Yoga Practice and Yoga Etiquette that will create calmness and free you from stress

1. Find time to practice yoga or any type of physical exercise daily. Do not forget to be creative, listen to music, or dance to the words of your favorite song.
2. Introduce yoga or fitness to your best friends, family and coworkers so that you can create a community of like-minded people.
3. Read good, quality books on alignment, anatomy, and proper food and diet choices for you and your significant people. (Feel free to read any books on yoga or scoliosis, but it will not bring your any mental clarity or improve your physical wellbeing and emotional stability until you will align your psyche to the universal principle of compassion and welcome some yoga “theory “ that is suitable for your personal needs). What books you choose to read is your individual choice; therefore do not rely on screaming “experts” and dominative yoga assistants with their questionable opinions.
4. Practice, Practice and Practice.
5. What should you do when you have sisters, brothers, nephews or cousins around your house while you are practicing your asana? Invite them to join your Sun Salutation and teach them some healthy poses rooted in proper body alignment and joy. (more…)

Irina Sheik appeared in the magazine Harper’s Bazaar Arabia. March 2012.

We are here to introduce a woman who strives for beauty and compassion, and who is not an ill-willed gossip but a stunning reality.
Irina Shayk (Sheik) is a Russian model known for her 2007 – 2012 appearances in the “Sports Illustrated Swimsuit Issue”. Irina was the cover model for the 2011 issue. She inherited her competitive spirit and her gorgeous look from her Russian mother and her Tatar-(Mongolian) father.
Irina started her career relatively late for a model. When she was 19 years old (and working at a beauty salon in Russia) she was discovered by her future manager, and soon after that she began modeling in Paris.

In 2007 she worked for “Intimissimi” and in the same year debuted in the annual “Sports Illustrated Swimsuit Issue”. Other works include the “Victoria’s Secret” catalog, “Lacoste” and “Cesare Paciotti”. Her magazine covers include “Annabelle”, “Bolero”, “Woman”, “Vanity Fair” “Jalousie”, and “Paris Capital”. On May 2009 she signed with the modeling agency IMG.
In the spring and summer of 2010 Irina modeled for “Armani Exchange”. She ranked first in the “50 Hottest Russian Women” list by Complex magazine, and “Glamour” Spain awarded her “Best International Model of 2010”. (more…)

Thousands of mothers will follow singer Beyoncé and her initiative: Singer and young mother Beyoncé added fuel to the fire in a stormy debate about the permissibility and correctness of breastfeeding in public places: Beyoncé began to feed her darling daughter Ivy Blue right in a bustling Manhattan cafe!

Recently, Beyoncé, with Blue Ivy in her arms and accompanied by her husband Jay-Z, appeared in the elite cafe Sant Ambroeus, which is in West Village (Manhattan). The family had lunch, after which Beyoncé began breast-feeding her baby at the table directly in front of visitors and staff. It would not hurt for businesses to think about mothers, and give them a place where a mother could breast-feed her baby in privacy, without sacrificing her own interests, family plans or dignity.
